I have a feeling that Kafka got so fed up living in a bereaucracy, that instead of writing a complaint, he decided to write a whole novel about it.

Misfritz.com informiert Kafka las die Education Sentimental von Flaubert, und die Idee des Nie-ganz-ans-Ziel- Kommens erschien ihm kafkaesk. So wuchs die eher einfache Geschcihte des böhmischen Landvermessers in einem verschneiten Dorf ins Ungeheuerliche. Ein großes Ereignis in der Literaturgeschichte.
