Le Meilleur est un roman américain de Bernard Malamud publié originellement en 1952 et en français le 4 février 2015 aux éditions Rivages. L'ouvrage a été adapté à l'écran en 1984 dans Le Meilleur où l'acteur Robert Redford interprète le rôle principal de Roy Hobbs.
