Tintín i els «Pícaros» és el vint-i-tresè àlbum de Les aventures de Tintín i Milú creat per Hergé el 1976. Fou el darrer àlbum complet publicat en vida de l'autor. És en aquest àlbum on finalment Hergé ens dóna a conèixer el nom de pila del capità Haddock: Archibald.
