Margaret Weis

The Magic of Krynn is a NY Times bestseller fantasy novel released in April 1987. It is a collection of short stories written about the various characters set in the Dragonlance campaign series. This novel is the first of a trilogy of the Tales series.

The Doom Brigade is the first book in the Kang's Regiment series/The Chaos War series of the Dragonlance novels, written by Margaret Weis and Don Perrin, and is published by Wizards of the Coast. The next book in the series is Draconian Measures.
