This book is a several years of research put together. Very eye opening and inspiring. Just as the author says in the beginning of the book: it is not meant to force anyone into not eating animals or animal products. It is simply a book that looks at the fact of eating animals from all possible perspectives, all backed up by research data: from the philosophical p.o.v., from p.o.v. of nutrition, environmental, ethical, and many more. Very good read and highly recommended!
