Seqovax becomes the ancestor of the Ducket and Dogget families, prominent fictional families woven into the novel.Historical figures, such as Julius Caesar, Geoffrey Chaucer, William Shakespeare, and Pocahontas, make appearances alongside fictional characters and historical kings and queens of England.
